1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using #1 Winning Bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not Financial, Gambling, or Investment Advice

All projections, picks, and data on this site are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, gambling, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any money you risk.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee wins, profits, or positive results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance, model metrics, and historical backtests are not a guarantee of future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this site. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding sports wagering and related activities.

5. Pick Packages and Refunds

Pick purchases are final. Refunds are only issued for system errors or duplicate charges. When a payment succeeds but picks are not credited, we correct the account by crediting picks whenever possible instead of refunding. Purchased picks do not expire. Free picks reset each Monday (UTC) and do not roll over. To ask for a return review, use Request a return on your Dashboard or the Return / refund request topic on the Contact page. Approved returns remove the picks from that order and may show an account notice for 7 days; payment refunds through Stripe can take up to 2 business weeks to appear on your statement.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Data Sharing and Misuse

All picks, projections, and data provided on #1 Winning Bet are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, repost, or share any of this data with any other person, group, website, or service. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, exports, API scraping, forwarding picks to third parties, or publishing our content publicly.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have shared or otherwise misused our data, your account may be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and any active All-Access or token balance may be forfeited. You will not receive a refund for any purchase tied to an account that is banned for violating this policy.

We may use technical and administrative measures, including usage tracking, device/IP analysis, and account-behavior monitoring, to detect unauthorized sharing or resale.

8. Contractor registration

If you create an account through a contractor's link or QR code, that contractor is permanent for the account. Your privacy claim is waived for your user id, email address, purchase history, and any other account data we must share so that contractor can follow up with you. We share that data only with the contractor tied to your registration, and with no one else.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
